Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – June 9

Chicago Cubs (Jackson) at Pittsburgh Pirates (Morton)

Friends don’t let friends use Edwin Jackson. I won’t be targeting the Cubs’ hitters either because I’ll be taking Morton in a lot of leagues.

I understand that people won’t want to use Morton, but there are just 39 pitchers in all of baseball with an ERA under 3.35 and a WHIP under 1.30 who have at least 65 innings pitched and Morton is one of them. He’s not a bad third option tonight. McCutchen has been on a pretty good tear and has been a beast against righties this year. I would try to find a way to roster him in any type of league tonight.
