Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – May 21

Matt Adams

Milwaukee Brewers (Lohse) at Atlanta Braves (Santana)

Kyle Lohse has pitched well this year but what concerns me is that he’s given up five home runs in his last four starts. He had a good outing at the start of the year against Atlanta but I think there are better options at his price tonight. I’m not feeling very good about the Milwaukee hitters against Santana, either, so I’m avoiding the Brewers tonight.

I really want to use Santana tonight but considering he’s given up 12 earned runs in his last 24.2 innings, that price tag of over $20K is a bit too much to stomach. Freddie Freeman is a natural start tonight, but I’m going to double-dip on Jason Heyward after using him last night.

Jason Heyward (OF) – $5743
