Kansas City Royals (Ventura) at Seattle Mariners (Young)
There’s really nothing wrong with Ventura as an option today, I only worry that he’s averaging six innings per start, which could kind of limit his upside. He lasted eight against Baltimore but only four against Minnesota so there is a bit of volatility. I’m not crazy about their hitters today, though.
Lorenzo Cain (OF) – $5573
I think it’s fair to say that the Mariners are a no-go overall today. Young has pitched well but he just does not strike out enough guys to make any price worth the risk. I’ll just stay away from this team today.
Good luck and here’s today’s lineup!
