Nashville Predators at Tampa Bay Lightning After having gone cold for so long, the Predators’ power play is starting to click again, having gone 4-for-12 in their last three contests (which includes wins over Dallas and San Jose). In fact, Nashville has won three of their last four, allowing just seven goals over those games. Nashville went through a stretch of road games against the East where they got waxed in four straight games, but are 4-1 against the East since. Tampa’s scoring woes continue as they’ve scored more than three goals just once in their last nine games (coincidentally, it was a 6-5 shootout loss). Their power play hasn’t clicked for a goal in four straight games now, though their penalty kill is over 90-percent in those games. This is another low-scoring game on tap, but neither goalie is particularly appealing. We will wake up tomorrow and it shouldn’t be a shock to see “2-1” as the final, yet on which side is unsure. I’d lean Bishop, just because of the home game factor, but I’m not relying on him.
