3. Stephen Hill
Most teams don’t throw the towel in on second-round picks after two years. Then again, most teams don’t operate like the New York Jets, who released Hill before the start of a make-or-break third season. Hill was picked ahead of Alshon Jeffery during the 2012 NFL Draft, but unlike other Georgia Tech stars Calvin Johnson and Demaryius Thomas, Hill never panned out. Then again, he’s had Mark Sanchez, Tim Tebow and a rookie Geno Smith under center.
