This week the PGA is in South Carolina for the RBC Heritage Tournament. We go back to reality after a great Masters week. This week we have double the field and many golfers whom we may not know much about nor may they belong in your lineups. Jordan Spieth is in the field, which is unusual to see the Masters Champion playing in the following week’s tournament. Here are some of my top plays for this week.

Luke Donald ($9300): My top play for the week is Luke Donald. The former World #1 has still not found success this year. He has just one top 10 and missed the Cut at Augusta last week. However, Donald has 5 top 5 finishes at this event in the last 6 years, making the cut in all 6. Four of those Top 5’s were 2nd place finishes. The man is due for a win, and he’s had great success at Harbour Town. As I stated last week, the #1 thing I look into when it comes to DFS golf is course history, and Donald’s history shows he belongs in your lineup this week.
Russell Henley ($9100): Henley has been playing some of his best golf since joining the PGA Tour. He has made all 11 cuts this year and is coming off a 21st Place Finish at Augusta, playing 3 under par, which if not for Jordan Spieth may have actually seemed really good. He missed the cut at Harbour Town last year, but had a Top 10 Finish in 2013. Considering his game has elevated in recent weeks, I like him in GPP. He has potential to be low owned and has an outside chance at winning, and very well could finish in the Top 10 once again.
Rory Sabbatini ($6800): The fact that Sabbatini is even an option makes me feel like it’s 2005 again. Since 2009, Sabbatini has made every cut and has 3 Top 10 finishes. He’s no longer the prolific golfer he once was, but, he’s proven in recent years he still has success at Harbour Town. He’s a very cheap option and could help you fit Jordan Spieth should you go that route. Sabbatini is another person with potential to be low owned and get you a top 10. More importantly, he seems like a lock to make the cut, which is more important than anything else.

FADE OF THE WEEK:
Patrick Reed ($11000): Simply put, there are better expensive options than Reed this week. He’s almost a lock to make the cut as he’s made every cut this year, but at his price, if you use him, you’re looking for a win, and that’s just not going to happen this week. In two appearances at Harbour Town, Reed has a T41 and T71 finish at +2 and +3 respectively. He’s one of the most talented golfers on Tour, but it’s not Reed’s week.
