At the moment the Germans look like the team to beat heading into the final four teams of the FIFA World Cup. They have been literally great in every aspect. They have completed 85 percent of their passes which ties Italy for highest. Their percentage of shots on goal per total shots is second behind the Netherlands with 70 percent. They’re average possession of the ball for the tournament has been 59 percent, which is also second best of the tournament. Outstanding performances by goalkeeper Manuel Neuer also solidifies their spot as number one on my power rankings.
