DraftKings NHL GPP Thoughts, Stacks and Cheap Defenseman 12/15

daily fantasy hockey advice

GPP thoughts for 12/15 DraftKings Slate:

This slate feature eleven games however there are only three games I really like and one of those teams will be the chalk of the night. With eleven games the goals can come from anywhere and having no real strong opinions on the majority of the games I will scale back volume. I will be targeting the three teams below that I have strong opinions about.
Top GPP Stacks for 12/15 DraftKings Slates:

Minnesota – Vancouver has lost six of their last eight while giving up 4 goals in four of those losses. Minnesota’s First line has produced 6 goals in the last ten games, and I could see them producing a couple here. At $23,000 a stack of Granlund, Parise, Pominville, and Suter is a solid foundation for a GPP Lineup.

NashvilleKarri Ramo will get the start for Calgary tonight and he is a big part of why Calgary is giving up a league worst 3.5 goals per game. Target a stack of Jarnkrok, Neal, and Forsberg and Weber. At $20,700 this stack is very affordable way to attack one of the weaker goalies on the slate.

Dallas – Dallas gets a struggling Columbus team playing on consecutive nights. Dallas is the highest scoring team in the league and their ownership levels will be extremely high. In order to differentiate my lineup I will be using a stack of Seguin, Benn, Nichushkin, Goligoski, Klingberg, and Lehtonen. This is a all-in lineup and only leaves $4,033 on average for your remaining players, but on this large of slate value can be found. Goligoski can be left off for smaller GPPs.
Cheap defenseman to use to fill out your stacks.
Marek Zidlicky($3,200) NYI – Gets power play minutes and gets a decent matchup.

Evgeny Medvedev ($2,700) PHI – Gets power play minutes and is a sneaky way to pivot from Gostisbehere.

Jake Gardiner($3,000) TOR – Gets power play minutes and faces a banged-up Tampa team.

Mattias Ekholm ($3,100) NSH – Cheap exposure to Nashville with some upside.
