Daily Fantasy Hockey: Lines Stacks For Nov. 1

Daily fantasy hockey advice, DFS

Recap: The Oilers Stack that I recommended as a contrarian/value stack yesterday was money. The other stacks were okay but nothing to write home about. This will be another short article today but we will be back to the norm tomorrow. I will be giving line stacks for the three game slate tonight. Just a reminder to go small with these short slates. Yesterday was tough to figure who was going to play on what line until the coaches released their lines. Some coaches didn’t release them till two hours prior to lock. Let’s hope that’s not the case again today.

Top Line Stack- $19,200

Montreal Canadiens: Max Pacioretty ($7,700) Tomas Plekanec ($6,000) Brendan Gallagher ($5,500). This line has been up here before and will continue to be on a good amount of nights as long as they keep producing. I would have liked to of had the New York Islanders listed here vs Buffalo but it looks like John Tavares will not play tonight. I will play it safe with the Habs first line tonight.

Mid Line Stack- $18,100

Winnipeg Jets: Blake Wheeler ($7,200) Andrew Ladd ($5,600) Bryan Little ($5,300). I think this line will have some pretty low ownership tonight. Carey Price is out with a lower body Injury and Mike Condon will be getting the start in net for the Montreal Canadiens. Condon is no slouch as he has posted a 3-0-0 record with a 1.67 GAA and a .944 SV%. It’s not smart to target a goalie with those stats or on a hot streak like he is but I see some regression coming and I am thinking that it begins tonight.

Contratian/Value Line Stack- $10,500

Buffalo Sabres: Jack Eichel ($5,200) Sam Reinhart ($2,600) Johan Larsson ($2,700). I am a firm believer that this line will get it going soon. They are extremely young but extremely talented. The more they play together the more comfortable they will become with one another and the points will start to roll in. Thomas Greiss is expected to be in net tonight for the Islanders. He let up three goals on 29 shots in his last game vs Carolina. This game has the highest vegas total of the three games at 5.5 implied goals. Good luck all!
