Kelly traded away one of the league’s premier backs in LeSean McCoy and let Jeremy Maclin walk in free agency. He made a blockbuster deal to acquire oft-injured Sam Bradford from the Rams and lost franchise stalwart Trent Cole to the Colts. Kelly needs to continue to find talent and plug it in to those holes so that this whirlwind of offseason moves finally pays off.
