4. Browns
Seemingly an annual tradition, Browns fans are entering the 2015 draft in the hopes that this is the one where they build a competitive team.
Last year, the team selected corner Justin Gilbert and Johnny Manziel in the first round, and both wound up being disappointments. That, in tandem with another suspension allotted to Josh Gordon, leaves potential voids at wide receiver, cornerback, and offensive line for this year. Not to mention the Browns may be in the market for some defensive linemen, too.
