5. D.J. Humphries, OT
In a class chock full of offensive linemen projected to be selected in the draft’s first round, Humphries is a tackle who debuted on the scene more recently and has now thrust himself into the mix as one of the top-five tackles.
Humphries was only a true junior a year ago at Florida, so it’s difficult to give him a proper evaluation. That, plus the fact he played in fewer than 30 college games with under 20 starts. Keep in mind Humphries is only 21 years old, so he may have an even higher ceiling that what the tape can show at this point.
Teams such as the Bengals, Cowboys, Panthers, Broncos, Patriots and Saints could also be keeping an eye on Humphries in the latter portion of the first round to bolster their offensive lines.
