4. Ahmad Brooks, 49ers
The 49ers have quite a few areas to target in free agency and the draft, and one way to find cash is to address its linebacking corps. Barring an unforeseen move with Patrick Willis and NaVorro Bowman, San Francisco will likely cut the veteran Brooks. Aaron Lynch is a solid successor.
