If Peterson does not accept a pay cut from Minnesota this offseason, expect the future Hall of Fame running back to hit the open market. Paying Peterson counts $15.4 million against the cap, and seems set on making his money if he stays with the team. He is oft-mentioned in connection with Dallas.
