The Chiefs need to find a way to retain Justin Houston, and cutting bait with Hali may be the first step toward coming up with that cash. Cutting Hali would save Kansas City about $9 million. With 2014 first-rounder Dee Ford waiting in the wings, Hali may already be on his way out of town.
