4. Matt Schaub, Raiders
Schaub wasn’t able to beat out Derek Carr for the starting job last summer and offers little to no upside as the second-year quarterback’s backup. Schaub’s days in the NFL might be over at this point unless a very desperate team seeks an over-the-hill No. 2.
