Washington Wizards – The Wizards have not held homecourt in an opening round playoff series since the 1979 Eastern Conference semifinals. They have a half-game lead over the Cavaliers for fourth in the East and watching them try to hold on to home court is compelling. In the first half the Wizards played a bunch of tight games, going 10-6 in games decided by five points or less. Health is a question to consider since Bradley Beal hasn’t proven he can stay healthy consistently as he has missed 12 games while Paul Pierce and John Wall are dealing with minor ailments. Perhaps the key will be how Nene makes it through.
