New Orleans Pelicans – Can Anthony Davis lead the Pelicans to their first playoff appearance in four years? Presently the Pelicans are 1 1/2 game out of eighth, though they’d be in if the format was the best 16. So far Davis is averaging 24.5 points, 10.3 rebounds and 2.8 blocks with a 31.8 player efficiency rating, which would tie Wilt Chamberlain (1962-63) for the most in any season. Besides needing Davis healthy, the Pelicans will need to get Ryan Anderson back from the elbow injury and Jrue Holiday back from his leg injury.
