Tampa Bay holds the top overall pick in the upcoming draft, which means either Jameis Winston or Marcus Mariota could and should be their Week 1 starter next season.
Lovie Smith has never drafted a quarterback in the first round before, which begs the question if he’ll pass on those two former Heisman Trophy winners and find a veteran in free agency, or perhaps find a quarterback later in the draft.
