8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Very much the darkhorse in the race, Tampa Bay holds the No. 1 pick in the 2015 draft and needs a quarterback. The team can hold off on drafting Jameis Winston or Marcus Mariota first overall and find another passer later in the draft, and instead insert Manning in as the starter for next season. Yes, Manning paired with Vincent Jackson and Mike Evans instantly boosts the Bucs offense to among the best in the NFC.
Unlike many of the other destinations listed, Tampa gives Manning a warm-weather environment and a veteran head coach in Lovie Smith. The Bucs recently hired Dirk Koetter as offensive coordinator, and he was once the architect of many explosive Falcons offenses. That may entice Manning to head to Florida.
