7. Cleveland Browns
If Cleveland decides Johnny Manziel is just not worth the stress, perhaps they could enter the fray. The Browns have a very solid nucleus already in place that would allow Manning to just step in and take the reigns. Josh Gordon and Jordan Cameron are dangerous weapons, ones that were oft-underutilized with Manziel and Brian Hoyer at quarterback. Manning would immediately provide a spark to this offense, making the team much more formidable on both sides of the ball.
However, the AFC North means Manning would see Joe Flacco and Ben Roethlisberger each twice a year. That’s certainly different than seeing Derek Carr and Smith twice. But winning in Cleveland would make any quarterback eternally loved. Perhaps the right hire at offensive coordinator could make it possible.
