Darkhorse Candidates: Colorado State WR Rashard Higgins. A sophomore, Higgins leads the nation in receiving yards and TD receptions with 1,447 yards and 15 TD catches. All that despite missing a game with a shoulder injury. Higgins isn’t completely off the national radar as he was recently named a finalist for the Biletnikoff Award given to the nation’s top receiver along with Cooper and West Virginia’s Kevin White.
