31. Jacksonville Jaguars (LW: 31)
At least they couldn’t lose last week. The Jaguars – seemingly defying the odds of continual games of poor play – have absolutely nothing noteworthy about them. Terrible in nearly every aspect of play, they proved that nothing is impossible by beating the Browns in Week 7, but are a constant reminder of anomalies and outliers. If anything is to be said about the Jaguars, at least they are consistently awful.
