18. Buffalo Bills (LW: 17)
It was only a matter of time before the weight around the Buffalo Bills’ neck pulled them back underwater. Kyle Orton is indeed a serviceable quarterback – capable of winning on nearly any given night – but he cannot be trusted to lead a team for an entire season. Even with the Buffalo defense and running game both ranking in the top-ten, the Bills are nothing more than an average football team with bursts of greatness at times. At least, against weaker teams. Lucky for them, the Bills host the Jets next week.
