23. Chicago Bears (LW: 27)
They couldn’t lose every game by an increasingly widening margin, could they? Apparently not. The Bears finally ended their streak of atrocious play — five losses in six games, the last two by a combined 69 points — with a victory in Week 11. Yes, it was against the even less impressive Vikings, but the Bears are not in a position to debate strength of victories. In that regard, their win against the Vikings does little to salvage their disastrous season, as it would take a complete reversal, coupled with a miracle, in order to make this year yield anything useful.
