19. New Orleans Saints (LW: 21)

Their win over the Panthers put them on the inside track for the NFC South title, but that is more of an indictment of the division than reason for excitement. The Saints have the recent history, quarterback, and coach to put together a run, but, until they do, they hover in mediocrity.
