Week 10 NFL Power Rankings: Patriots Make Major Leap

15. Buffalo Bills (LW: 16)

A team can only win so many games before people are forced to take notice. While three of their wins were against the Vikings, Jets, and Bears, the Buffalo Bills cannot be discounted from playoff conversations with a record of 5-3 and a top-ten defense. Unfortunately, quarterback Kyle Orton is historically average — 38-36 as a starter in his career — and much of the team’s success has been on his shoulders late in games. Let’s see this level of play sustained for a few more games before we make any wild proclamations.
