16. Cleveland Browns (LW: 19)
Even at 5-3 and with a big win against the Steelers on their resume, the Browns get little respect. Likely, this is due to Pittsburgh being Cleveland’s only victory against a team currently with a winning record — New Orleans, Tennessee, Oakland, and Tampa Bay are a combined 7-25. Quarterback Brian Hoyer has mercifully held off the eventual Johnny Manziel era — for this, we should all be thankful — but the Browns’ offense is still largely underwhelming. The Browns now have the ‘powder-puff’ portion of their schedule behind them, so we should have a much better picture of what Cleveland really is in the coming weeks.
