13. San Diego Chargers (LW: 4)
Streaky and inconsistent. In the past five seasons — including 2014 — the Chargers have had a 3-game losing streak and 3-game winning streak in the same year all but once. They get hot and cold seemingly quicker than any other team in the NFL, and their recent skid should come as no surprise considering their pedigree. The Chargers are a good, solid team, but no one needs a bye week more than them. Let’s see if they take the time off to reverse their trend.
