Jacksonville Jaguars

This one’s quite tricky. It may be Marqise Lee or Blake Bortles in due time, but for now it falls on Cecil Shorts. Despite a revolving door at quarterback in Jacksonville, Shorts has managed about 1,700 yards and 10 TD in the past two seasons and has been an adequate replacement for the troubled Justin Blackmon.
