While he lost his most recent bout to Chris Algieri, it was a split decision defeat that many people felt should have gone Ruslan’s way.
The hard-hitting Russian has lost two of his last three fights, but that doesn’t change the fact he is an up and coming fighter who is hungry to get a main event showdown.
This fight also wouldn’t be a massive draw, but it certainly has some intrigue to it.
Pacquiao may be hesitant to take this fight, but it still beats the hell out of his final two potential options.
