Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – June 1

Tampa Bay Rays (Bedard) at Boston Red Sox (Lester)

Bedard is a pass in Fenway. Also, I’m not really looking at many Tampa Bay players beyond Sean Rodriguez. He’s hit lefties exceptionally well this year (.389 wOBA with four HRs in 48 PAs) and is pretty cheap. Although, I can’t disagree with those who want to avoid him against Lester.

Sean Rodriguez (2B) – $5217

Ben Zobrist (2B) – $5397

I don’t have a problem starting Lester today, he’s as good a bet as any to carve up the opponent he’s facing. He is in the glut of second-tier pitchers though and there are a lot of good options there. Bogaerts is getting expensive but is on a heater, while Jonny Gomes is always a good start against a lefty.

Jon Lester (SP) – $17,315
