Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – May 31

Seth Smith

Atlanta Braves (Santana) at Miami Marlins (Turner)

Santana has crashed to Earth this month and going against Miami probably won’t remedy his issues. The fact that he’s still over $20K is laughable. I like Freddie Freeman today but I’m not sure I’ll be able to fit him in budgets. Evan Gattis continues to be good value, though.

Evan Gattis (C) – $5069

Jacob Turner just doesn’t strike out enough guys to really be worth a flier today. I do like the lineup against Santana but would probably rather have the ancillary pieces in this game. Santana has been hit much harder by lefties, so Garrett Jones would probably be a solid play today.

Derek Dietrich (2B) – $5462

Garrett Jones (1B) – $5858
