Washington Nationals (Roark) at Philadelphia Phillies (Burnett)
Tanner Roark has pitched back-to-back shutouts with one of those coming against the Angels. He also has 13 strikeouts and three walks in those games. He makes a very nice third-tier option today. I’m not targeting Nationals hitters today but there are again nice values here.

A.J. Burnett has pitched kind of well this year but his numbers indicate a big regression should be coming. No thanks for me. I will be avoiding the hitters against Roark today, too.
