Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – April 28

Cleveland Indians (Masterson) at Los Angeles Angels (Skaggs)

Justin Masterson has pitched fairly well his last couple of outings and without Josh Hamilton in the lineup for the Angels, there’s not a lot of threat from the left side, which has typically been Masterson’s issue. Considering his upside and his price, he’s a nice target for today. I’m not overly enthused about their hitters, though.

Justin Masterson (SP) – $14,868

Asdrubal Cabrera (SS) – $5534

Tyler Skaggs has pitched well for the most part this year, but half his starts have been National League teams and a third against Houston, so I’m not sure there’s much to draw on. Without Hamilton and Kole Calhoun in the lineup against Masterson, I’d rather just avoid the Angels altogether tonight.
