Arizona Diamondbacks (Arroyo) at San Francisco Giants (Lincecum)
Arroyo is not to be started and that should go without saying (I’m saying it anyway).
Paul Goldschmidt has rocked Tim Lincecum for six home runs in 23 career at-bats. His price is very reasonable so he’s a must-start today. In fact, there are a couple nice starts for the Diamondbacks today, making them a decent stack if you’re looking for one (though I do like Seattle better).
Paul Goldschmidt (1B) – $6546
Aaron Hill (2B) – $5350
I am not starting Lincecum but I do expect the Giants to get their fair share off of Bronson Arroyo. One guy that has raked against him in 42 career at-bats is Hunter Pence. I’m also not opposed to riding the Brandon Belt hot streak.
Brandon Belt (1B) – $7124
Hunter Pence (OF) – $6165
Good luck and here’s today’s lineup!
