Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update and Lineup – April 8

Michael Clifford breaks down every matchup to find the best daily fantasy baseball value plays to fill your DraftStreet lineup for April 8.

Milwaukee Brewers (Lohse) at Philadelphia Phillies (Kendrick)

Considering his price point for today, I don’t mind Kyle Lohse today; he was prone to the longball last year but for a righty, he’s pretty good against lefties. I’m hoping that could neutralize bats like Utley, Howard, and Brown. I do like a couple of Brewers bats today, though.

Lyle Overbay (1B) – $4914

Ryan Braun (OF) – $6789

I am not risking Kyle Kendrick against this Milwaukee lineup when it’s at full(ish) strength. In fact, there aren’t a whole lot of Phillies to like in this one. The only guy I’d really risk is the first baseman, and even that’s not for certain.

Ryan Howard (1B) – $5758
