Daily Fantasy Baseball DFS Value Update – April 3

Chicago Cubs (Hammel) at Pittsburgh Pirates (Rodriguez)

This game got to weird baseball status last night as the game went well past midnight and finished after 16 innings. This game today starts less than 12 hours after the last one finished and I’m not sure that’s ideal for a day game after a night game.

The run total is at 7.5 but I might just stay away from this game completely; the Pirates haven’t faced Jason Hammel too often –the only person with more than 10 at bats against him is Travis Ishikawa – while the Cubs have had very little success against Wandy Rodriguez. In fact, Wandy is one of my favourite cheaper pitchers today.
