Daily Fantasy Hockey DFS Value Update – March 9

Chicago Blackhawks at Buffalo Sabres

The Blackhawks have been very Jekyll and Hyde in their four games since the Sochi Games; the team has gone 2-2 and scored three goals in their two losses and 11 goals in their two wins. The team has been pounding opponents on the shot clock but just haven’t been getting the bounces.

Buffalo has essentially traded away all their valuable assets and are down to one line, a couple good defenseman and Jhonas Enroth. There is no way this team has the depth to skate line for line with the Blackhawks.

This one doesn’t take much analyzing: Chicago has been outshooting opponents by nearly 11 shots a game since the break while the Sabres have been outshot by an average margin of over 20 shots a game in theirs. Jhonas Enroth will need to come up with close to a 50 save performance to keep this game anywhere close. Relying on a goalie to do that is a bit fool-hardy so stack away on the ‘Hawks.
