Daily Fantasy Basketball is back, which means each day XN Sports will have a column detailing advised plays and lineups for the remainder of the NBA season. For those familiar with DraftKings, their daily fantasy basketball is formatted differently this season. There is no multi-position eligibility, which makes it a bit harder to set your lineup.
For those unfamiliar with DraftKings, you are given $50,000 in cap space to select a point guard, shooting guard, small forward, power forward, center, a guard, a forward, and a utility player. There are no points deducted for missed shots, which changes the strategy from other sites. To read the full scoring, click here. Keep in mind that a double-double awards a bonus, which can be the difference between cashing in and winning nothing.
Generally, the goal for value is at five times a players salary. That brings a lineup to 250 fantasy points, which will cash on most days.

Without further ado, the value plays and lineups for November 10th:
Value Plays
Guard
Iman Shumpert, Shooting Guard, New York Knicks $4,500
Shumpert has been a bright spot in New York so far this season, and at his price he’s almost essential on a short slate like tonight. At $4,500, value can be attained at 22.5 fantasy points. The last time Shumpert was under 22.5 fantasy points was the second game of the season. He has four or more rebounds in his last four games, he has 17 assists in his last three games, and he is averaging around 16 points per game in the last four. Tonight, the Knicks face the Atlanta Hawks who have given up just under 103 points per game and are the second-worst rebounding team in the NBA. With Shumpert slated to play 30 minutes in each game barring unforeseen circumstances, he is a lock to start in daily fantasy lineups until his price rises. Shumpert’s usage rate in the Knicks offense is 19.9 percent, and will be rising.
Other values at guard: Donald Sloan, IND $4,900 and Rodney Stuckey, IND $3,000 (if he plays, he is currently questionable)
Forward
Solomon Hill, Small Forward, Indiana Pacers $4,200
Until C.J. Miles and Rodney Stuckey return to the Pacers’ rotation, Hill is one of the primary scorers in Indiana. At just $4,200, value can be achieved at 21 fantasy points. Hill is averaging 23.4 fantasy points per game this season, and just dropped a season-high 28 against the Wizards in the last game. Hill has taken 50 shots in his last four games, and is shooting close to 50 percent from the floor. Pair his recent production with a matchup against the Jazz, and you have a value play for tonight. Utah is allowing over 103 points per game, and opponents are shooting just under 47 percent from the floor. Adding to his value, Hill is averaging a steal per game, and over five rebounds per contest as well. Keep an eye on the Pacers lineup, but if Stuckey and Miles are both out, Hill is a top value at forward.
Other values at forward: Mike Dunleavy, CHI $4,400 and Luis Scola, IND $4,400
Center
Unfortunately, with a weak slate tonight, there are no cheap value plays at center. Spending for center is something that is always advised, and tonight is no exception. Asik may be the best play against Cleveland, who are allowing the third-most fantasy points to opposing centers. In addition, Enes Kanter has a decent matchup against the Pacers, but with a few bigs battling for playing time in Utah, he is hard to trust.
Other values at center: No other values at center in a short slate.
