($4,300)Charles Clay vs JAC – Over/Under: 41 Team Total: 22.5 Spread: -4
Percy Harvin is out indefinitely with hip and knee injuries and Sammy Watkins is doubtful with an ankle injury. The Bills are sure to feed their 6-foot-3 pass catching tight end who had 13 targets last week with Sammy Watkins on the field. The match up is prime with Jacksonville allowing the 15th most fantasy points to tight ends and surrendering the 12th most receiving yards per game at 264.5.

($5,100)E.J. Manuel vs JAC – Over/Under: 41 Team Total: 2.25 Spread: -4
Tyrod Taylor has been sidelined with a knee injury and experienced soreness in the knee after ramping up his work Wednesday in practice and has been declared out by Rex Ryan. Manuel will draw the start and produced well vs a strong Cincinnati defense putting up 21.7 FanDuel points. If he can produce even 75% of that vs a horrible Jacksonville defense allowing the 10th most fantasy points to quarterbacks he will exceed his value.

($3,000) Nate Washington @ MIA – Over/Under: 44.5 Team Total: 20 Spread: 4.5
Cecil Shorts 9 targets a game will be up for grabs this week with him being already ruled out week 7 with a hamstring injury. Jaelen Strong is also questionable with an illness. At some point Houston has to get the ball to wide receivers not named DeAndre Hopkins right? Right?!? GPP play only. Great Salary relief guy at only $4,900 on FanDuel and $3,000 on DraftKings. Miami is allowing the 13th most fantasy points to wide receivers.

($4,900)Travis Kelce vs PIT – Over/Under: 45 Team Total: 21.25 Spread: 2.5
Jeremy Maclin is in the concussion protocol and is not looking like he will be a go this Sunday and Jamaal Charles is out for the season with an ACL tear. With the top 2 offensive stars for Kansas City out, the cosmos have aligned for the 3rd option in the Chiefs offensive constellation to be leaned upon heavily. He will see his most targets of the season this game and faces the Pittsburgh Steelers, who allow the 3rd most fantasy points in the league to tight ends. Look for mini Gronk to shred Pittsburgh as Daddy Gronk did. Great pivot off Antonio Gates.

($4,200)Stefon Diggs @ DET– Over/Under: 44.5 Team Total: 21 Spread: 2.5
Stefon Diggs came out of nowhere in Charles Johnson‘s stead of Rib injury and secured the starting job posting lines of 6-87 and 7-129 in his last 2 starts. Charles is expected to play this week, but he has already been supplanted and relegated to 3 wide sets. Teddy Bridgewater has rapport with the young pass catcher and is looking his way early and often with Diggs drawing 9 and 10 targets in his last 2 contests. He has drawn comparisons to Antonio Brown via Mike Wallace. Minnesota faces Detroit this week, who allow the 9th most fantasy points to wide receivers.
