5 Winners of NFL Free Agency

Revis

Philadelphia Eagles

It was a head-scratching start to free agency for Chip Kelly’s Eagles, beginning with a trade that sent LeSean McCoy out of town in exchange for one of the most promising young linebackers in the NFL. The Eagles continued down that road by opting not to re-sign Jeremy Maclin, the team’s leading receiver from a year ago.

However, the Eagles began to show their hand by signing the 2014 leading rusher, DeMarco Murray, as well as potential-laden Ryan Mathews to bolster the backfield. The team brought back Brandon Graham and inked Maxwell to fill holes on defense, and acquired Sam Bradford from the Rams for what’s really a low-risk, high-reward move. If Bradford doesn’t pan out, the Eagles still have Mark Sanchez in their back pocket.
