4. Ereck Flowers, Miami
Flowers is one of the bigger offensive tackle prospects in the draft, measuring in at 6-foot-6 and about 330 pounds. Flowers is a finisher as a run-blocker who can drive to the second level. He’s improving as a pass protector who does not like to be beat.
Scouts see 2014 first-rounder Greg Robinson in Flowers. He has talent, size and the right footwork to succeed, but is not yet a polished product.
As a pass-blocker, Flowers has above-average athleticism who is light on his feet and has long enough arms to deal with speed-rushers. Still, he needs to work on his hand placement. He’s also vulnerable against holding calls.
