10. Amari Cooper, WR, St. Louis Rams
Arguably the No. 1 wide receiver in the draft, Cooper must be the Rams’ pick if he’s still around at No. 10. Though quarterback remains the big question mark for this team, Cooper provides an athletic playmaker for whoever is under center in 2015.
