5. Phil Taylor, Browns
Taylor missed 11 games due to injury in 2014 and is owed more than $5 million this season. He’s entering the final year of his rookie contract, so the Browns may elect to end this before it gets ugly. The Browns have a lot of cap space, so keeping Taylor is possible, though the team could find a replacement with one of their two first-round picks.
