Vic Beasley, Defensive Line/Outside Linebacker
Beasley was presumed to be a first-round talent a year ago before opting to return to Clemson for another season. The defensive line/outside backer prospect came to the NFL combine this winter and showed teams just why he’s so highly touted.
After arriving in Indy at 246 pounds, almost 20 pounds heavier than what he played at last season, Beasley flashed his blazing speed with a 4.53 40, the top among both defensive linemen and linebackers, as well as a 1.59-second 10-yard split. Dynamic and freakishly fast is Beasley, who translates to among the top edge-rushers in this year’s class.
