21. Jordan Cameron

In 2013 Cameron was part of a dynamic Browns passing attack that also featured Josh Gordon. But a concussion stymied Cameron’s 2014 season and is a bit of a risk on the free-agent market.

The No. 2 tight end behind Julius Thomas, Cameron is not expected to stay in Cleveland.
