With the Buffalo Bills defense stifling Brian Hoyer and the Browns offense, head coach Mike Pettine finally pulled the trigger and put Johnny Manziel in at quarterback.
On his very first drive, Manziel completed three of four passes for 54 yards and capped it off himself, taking it ten yards to the house.
