Week 12 begins tonight with an AFC East matchup between the Raiders and the Chiefs. No Raiders are worth having except possibly Latavius Murray, who has a tough matchup, and Jamaal Charles. Charles may be worth playing, but those who are playing the Thursday slate will have Charles in huge amounts, so he might be worth fading.

Value Plays
Quarterback
Zach Mettenberger, Tennessee Titans $5,300
- Mettenberger has five touchdowns in three starts as the Titans’ quarterback.
- Faces the Eagles, who have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing QBs on DraftKings.
- Bradley Fletcher and Cary Williams have combined to allow a passer rating of over 100.
- Nate Allen has allowed four touchdowns in 28 targets in coverage.
- The Eagles secondary has allowed more passing touchdowns than all but two teams in the NFL.
- At just $5,300, Mettenberger allows you to add stars to your lineup at other positions.
Running Back
Isaiah Crowell, Cleveland Browns $3,800
- Crowell is the starter in Cleveland, with Ben Tate getting cut and with Terrance West receiving just five carries last week.
- Browns face the Falcons, who have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season.
- Atlanta hasn’t given up a rushing touchdown to an opposing back since Week 7, but faced the Buccaneers, Panthers, and Lions, who do not have a huge threat at running back. Crowell has scored five rushing touchdowns himself this season.
- The Falcons have allowed opposing backs to accrue 1600 total yards this season, which includes 546 receiving yards.
Wide Receiver
Jordan Matthews, Philadelphia Eagles $5,500
- Matthews is a value for the third straight week on DraftKings, and will play with Mark Sanchez for the third straight game.
- Under Sanchez in these two and a half games, Matthews has scored over 70 fantasy points, and is averaging well over 20 fantasy points per game.
- Matthews is Sanchez’ favorite target so far, accruing 17 targets in the last two games.
- The Eagles will face the Titans, who are in the bottom half in terms of allowing fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.
- On DraftKings, three times a players salary is expected value, and that would bring Matthews’ value point to 16.5 fantasy points, which he has easily eclipsed in each of the last two games with Sanchez at the helm.
Tight End
Larry Donnell, New York Giants $3,900
- Donnell faces the Cowboys, who have given up the second-most fantasy points to tight ends this season.
- In the last game against Dallas, Donnell caught seven passes for 90 yards, but lost two fumbles.
- At under $4,000, value can be reached with 12 fantasy points, and Donnell has reached that value in six times this season, and is a good bet to reach value again with a good matchup.
