It’s been one heck of a month for Adrian Peterson but AP is jail-free. After agreeing to a plea deal in his child abuse case on Tuesday, Peterson only has to pay a $4,000 fine and perform 80 hours of community service. Despite the plea deal, he still is not permitted to return to the Minnesota Vikings.
If he is reinstated, his fellow players will be very welcoming and embrace his return 100 percent, as many have already commented their excitement for that likely possibility.
Vikings tight end Kyle Rudolph tells ESPN, “We’ve stood behind him this whole time. You’d be crazy not to welcome him back into that locker room.”
